The square, port-holed entry Portico is completely disguised from the street but once inside, this hidden entrance provides a unique and captivating sight, right through to the open, skeleton-like staircase and the beach beyond. Natural sun filters through a trio of oversized skylights into the double volume foyer offering a remarkable feeling of light and space.

With this project Ivan Pavlovic and Associates were not involved in the structural design, but were the creative force responsible for interior design and colour/material selection. This stunning project includes a wide range selections of the highest quality lighting, plumbing fixtures and hard surfaces.
